About Me
Hi, I’m Toni Bryant, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and the founder of Things Hoped For Youth & Family Counseling, LLC. Inspired by Hebrews 11:1, my practice is rooted in the quiet power of hope—hope for healing, growth, and a future yet to be seen. I believe healing is possible, even when the path ahead feels uncertain, and that hope can be the seed that helps growth begin.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, families, and school teams, my work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and transdiagnostic approach. I focus on core patterns such as emotional regulation, coping skills, behavior responses, and connection, allowing therapy to be flexible, individualized, and responsive to each client’s unique needs and developmental stage.
Drawing from a background in school-based mental health, consultation, and coaching, I bring a systems-informed lens to therapy—helping clients build skills that translate beyond the therapy room and into daily life at home, school, and within relationships.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and developmentally responsive. I work with youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, school stress, and life transitions, and I partner with caregivers seeking practical strategies to support calm, connection, and growth at home. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where hope can grow, resilience can strengthen, and healing can begin.
Hope may start small, like a seed—but it is always enough to begin.

Confidentiality & Trust
Your story is honored with the utmost care. Trust is the foundation of the therapeutic work, and a confidential space is prioritized where clients can feel safe to share openly—without fear of judgment or exposure. All ethical and legal standards are followed to protect privacy and dignity at every step.
Empathetic Support
Care is provided with empathy, respect, and genuine compassion, meeting each person where they are. Whether navigating emotional struggles, behavioral challenges, or family dynamics, the approach is grounded in presence, patience, and partnership. Each experience is heard and held with care.
Personalized Therapy
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Services are thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of each child, adolescent, or family, honoring strengths, experiences, and goals for growth.

Services
Initial Consultation

Sometimes the first step is simply a conversation. Let’s explore whether this feels like the right place to begin.
A brief 15–20 minute phone consultation is available to help determine whether Things Hoped For Youth & Family Counseling may be a good fit. This time allows space to share concerns, ask questions, and talk through possible next steps.
*Please note that consultations are informational and not therapy sessions.
Individual Therapy

Healing begins when hope is nurtured, even in uncertainty.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Individual counseling provides a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build coping strategies, and process life’s challenges. Services are tailored to each client’s unique needs, using developmentally informed, strengths-based approaches that foster healing, insight, and resilience for children, teens, and adults.
Group Therapy

You’re not alone — and you don’t have to heal alone either.
Group counseling offers a welcoming space to connect, share, and grow alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges. Through guided conversation and gentle skill-building, participants find support, understanding, and a sense of community. Groups are thoughtfully designed to foster emotional safety and meaningful connection.
Family Therapy

Healing happens when families grow together.
Family therapy provides a supportive space to support families navigating behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, stress, or changes impacting the family system. Care is tailored to each family’s unique needs, values, and developmental stages, with an emphasis on respect, safety, and meaningful progress.
